Hi, I'm Sam!
As a second generational groomer I basically grew up in a grooming salon. My mom started grooming 35+ years ago; she is the reason why I am so passionate about dogs. My entire life I have always been involved in some way or another with dogs. At a young age I was in the show ring showing my moms dogs, Shelties, as well as other breeds such as Bichon and Havanese.
As I got older I became interested in training and learning behaviour of dogs, I even got a Chow Chow as my training dog! As he got older with me, my career path took me away from dogs and into working with people with disabilities. But, dogs still were my biggest passion. I supported my mom still in her grooming salon wherever I was needed, whether it was bathing on my days off or that she needed help getting ready for the next dog show. I also entered the world of raising Siberian huskies and recreationally dog sledding.
In 2020 I decided to return to the grooming salon full time and have never looked back! In 2023 I ended up moving to the Okanagan thus bringing me to The Feedway!

We are a team of passionate groomers with up to 16 years of experience. We take the comfort and safety of your pets very seriously and love working with all types of breeds and haircut styles as well as breed standard cuts. We use high quality pet formulated products that are beneficial to your dogs skin and coat types. To provide a better experience for your pet we work one on one with your pet to develop a trusting and happy relationship between pet and groomer.

Full Service Grooming
- Small - $65 - $85
- Medium - $85 - $110
- Large - $110 - $200+
Tidy Service
Includes nail trim, paw pad trim, face trim and sanitary trim, ear cleaning, and bath and dry.
This service will typically be cheaper than a regular haircut service.

De-Shed Services (add-on)
- + $10 - $50
Prices can vary based on size of dog and how much product and time is used.
We use formulated shampoo and conditioner that helps to reduce shedding by releasing the undercoat.
The products we use will send your pet’s coat into overdrive as it loosens the hair follicle which can let them lose more hair after the service for a few days – this is normal.
